These memories make me happy. Reflect on your memories of specific events, or times in your life where you were happy. It will help you to keep things in perspective as it will remind you that the key to happiness is knowing you have the power to choose what to hold onto, and what to let go. Hold on to the good times and let go of the pain that resulted from difficult times.

Above is a picture of my dinner tonight. Sadly, I haven’t cooked In awhile, but tonight I pushed through the forces that were holding me back, and I made this meal. It’s a BBQ pork chop with pasta in homemade Asiago and Gouda cheese sauce. It was delicious. What did you have for dinner?
Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking of going into interested homes, to prepare meals for people who are too busy to cook, want to learn to cook, or aren’t interested in cooking. What do you think? Plus, everyone has been asking to try my food, so this will be an opportunity to have me prepare anything you want.
