What are Your Thoughts?

Pain has taught me the importance of appreciating the good times and not dwelling on the bad times. Life will disappoint you at times, but it’s important to grow from your struggles. Never look back without a purpose and that purpose must involve molding a better you.

  1. It’s difficult to remember when you experience pain that you can learn and grow from it. So many swear, “Never again,” because they don’t want to feel that pain again. It’s difficult to stay strong enough to endure pain and face the same situation again. Thanks for the reminder. Cheers

  2. “Bad things do happen; how I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I can choose to sit in perpetual sadness, immobilized by the gravity of my loss, or I can choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift I have – life itself.” Walter Anderson
By choosing to rise each time from the pain we strengthen ourselves to handle the pain better the next time.
