This is a simple dish that is perfect for weeknights.
You could use chicken breasts or chopped pieces of chicken thighs. Whatever you decide to use, you must cut the meat into bite size pieces. Then season with black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and onion powder.
Coat the chicken in the seasonings and then sprinkle with enough flour to coat each piece of chicken. Finally fry the meat until the outside is crispy and the inside is cooked. Immediately add to a bowl with BBQ Sauce. Mix, or shake very well. That’s it!
