After tonight I won’t be having a burger unless it is on Brioche Bread. Brioche is an amazing choice for burger buns. It’s buttery, light and sweet. When I make this burger in the future, I’ll add smoked maple bacon. Tonight I added smoked gouda, which is so delicious, and Bourbon BBQ sauce. What did you have for dinner?
