1 cup of cottage cream
1/4 cup of sour cream
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons of parmesean cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 avocados, sliced
- Use a blender, food processor, or hand mixer to combine all the ingredients.
- Mix until the dip is very smooth.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until you are ready.
