Lunch Time Inspiration 

Good afternoon everyone, how’s your day going?

I decided to have a light lunch today, and I thought that making a nice fillet of Sockeye Salmon would be the way to go. As you can see I made some kale, and bulgur wheat to go along with it.

I’m confident this meal was a step in the right direction. It was delicious, and I touched on all the important food groups.

Bulgar Wheat is amazing. It is the perfect alternative for rice. I love how chewy and nutty it is. Also, you can season it in many different ways.

    1. Lol. I am off from work this week, so I’ve been able to put more time into meals I usually have on the run. Dinner is usually the meal I have most time for. It’s the one I look forward to making all day.
