Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding with a Twist

5 to 8 biscuits

1 cup of milk

1 egg

1/2 cup of chocolate chips

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of nutmeg

  1. Combine 5 to 8, fresh or old biscuits with milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg, and chocolate chips.
  2. Mix very well and place in a small baking dish.
  3. Bake on 375 degrees for 30 mins, or until a knife inserted in the middle of the pudding comes out clean.

Hey everyone, I had a few biscuits leftover from the other day, and I was curious if they could be used to make bread pudding. To my surprise the biscuits were a great replacement for the usual chunks of bread. Please give it a try, and let me know what you think.
