Quick Sandwich

1 can of salmon

3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of grated parmesean cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

A dash of salt

A few pieces of sun dried tomatoes

Sliced Sourdough Bread

  1.  Combine one can of salmon with all the ingredients, except the sun dried tomatoes.
  2. Lightly toast 2, or more slices of sourdough bread.
  3. Place as much of the salmon mixture as you would like on each slice.
  4. Finally, add the sun dried tomatoes on top.

This sandwich was simple, and very flavorful. The sourdough bread added a nice flavor and texture to the sandwich. You can use any bread you have. I recommend sourdough, Italian, or Brioche.

Also, if you want, adding chopped red bell peppers, chopped jalapeños, cranberries, or a few pieces of Sweet Corn would be a great idea, when you make your sandwich.

Thanks for reading, and I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Talk to you later.
