1 can of salmon
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of grated parmesean cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
A dash of salt
A few pieces of sun dried tomatoes
Sliced Sourdough Bread
- Combine one can of salmon with all the ingredients, except the sun dried tomatoes.
- Lightly toast 2, or more slices of sourdough bread.
- Place as much of the salmon mixture as you would like on each slice.
- Finally, add the sun dried tomatoes on top.
This sandwich was simple, and very flavorful. The sourdough bread added a nice flavor and texture to the sandwich. You can use any bread you have. I recommend sourdough, Italian, or Brioche.
Also, if you want, adding chopped red bell peppers, chopped jalapeños, cranberries, or a few pieces of Sweet Corn would be a great idea, when you make your sandwich.
