For dinner tonight, I had some pizza left over from my last post, and I made a fresh salad with blue cheese, and feta dressing.
Leftovers are the best when you are tired or don’t have much time. I always include a salad with whatever I’m eating. Salads are easy to make, and very versatile. I enjoy nuts, cranberries, raisins, grapes, and olives in my salads.
This post doesn’t share a recipe, but I wanted to share my dinner with you guys. Maybe it might give you an idea for using leftovers.
