Tonight I made a pizza instead of going along with my craving for Bella Napoli, my favorite pizza restaurant. The crust came from Trader Joe’s, but you could follow my yeast free dough recipe, if you want, and you’ll get the same results. My recipe can be found on my earlier posts about my homemade pizza.

The package from Trader Joe’s came with two large crusts. I took one out, and brushed tomato sauce over the top. Then I brushed olive oil on the bottom of the crust. After that I added mushrooms, tomatoes, pepperoni, pancetta, and mozzarella cheese. Finally, I sprinkled  basil, and oregano on the pizza.

Bake the pizza at 425°F for 5 to 10 minutes. When it is done, slice it and serve each piece with a garden salad.

This meal took less than 20 mins, to prepare, and serve. Give it a try and have fun with thinking of different ways to top your pizza pie. Also, I’d like to know some of your favorite toppings.

    1. Yes, you can definitely make a chocolate or cinnamon pizza. They would considered dessert pizzas. Weed? I’m not sure. Lol. Try it on your next slice, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Lol.
