This sandwich was amazing, and very easy to put together. I never thought chili and steak would marry so well. This was definitely a memorable wedding. I could cry when I think of how enjoyable it was to be in attendance.
Anyway, the story begins when a friend of mine gave me some delicious chili, with a chunk of corn bread. The combination was out of the world. I couldn’t get enough of the chili. So, when the cornbread was done and I realized I still had chili leftover, I had to find someway of using it.
After a few minutes of intense pondering I remembered that I had a piece of Steak that I seasoned, and put in the fridge. So, I cooked the steak, toasted my bread, shredded some cheese, and warmed the chili. Then I put the sandwich together (arrange it anyway you prefer), and added some salad, and avocado. I can’t express how delicious this combination of steak and chili was. You have to try this.
