Prepare the dough by combing 2 cups of Flour, 1/2 Cup of water, 3 tablespoons of ground flax seeds, 1 tablespoon of oil (olive, almond, coconut or vegetable oil) and 1 teaspoon salt. When the dough forms, divide it into to balls, and roll out each ball until it is paper thin.
Brush tomato sauce over the dough. Then add the tuna, corn, cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle some salt on top, and add green habnero hot sauce over all the toppings.

In a bowl combine 1 avocado with 1 teaspoon of parmesean cheese, and a 1 teaspoon of basil, and oregano . Use a hand mixer to whip the ingredients together until the sauce is smooth. Add olive oil to make it thinner.
Finally, it’s time to eat. Cut a slice, and serve it with the avocado sauce. You could substitute the tuna with : salmon, chicken, or sausage .
